Massage is a mirror for where we hold tension in our lives. The goal I hold for clients is to help them find where unknown stress exists with the feedback of positive touch. I’ve practiced massage for 20 years and Tai Chi for 10. Tai Chi helps to cultivate awareness of unnecessary mental, physical and emotional tension. Practicing this meditative art carries over into my work with clients as each massage is fueled by Tai Chi based movements that are by nature relaxed, flowing and powerful.
